Abstract
Perkembangan bahasa merupakan indikator penting tumbuh kembang balita, sedangkan paparan layar berlebihan dapat mengurangi komunikasi dua arah antara anak dan pengasuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan durasi waktu paparan layar dengan perkembangan bahasa pada balita usia 3-5 tahun di Posyandu Kelurahan Jatisari Kota Bekasi tahun 2026. Penelitian kuantitatif analitik ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan pada Maret-April 2026 terhadap 88 orang tua balita yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Durasi paparan layar diukur menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dikategorikan rendah (≤ 1 jam/hari) atau tinggi (> 1 jam/hari). Perkembangan bahasa dinilai menggunakan item bahasa Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan sesuai usia. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, uji Chi-square, dan regresi logistik ganda. Sebanyak 29,5% balita memiliki perkembangan bahasa tidak sesuai usia dan 62,5% memiliki durasi paparan layar tinggi. Durasi paparan layar berhubungan bermakna dengan perkembangan bahasa (p=0,022; OR=3,459; 95% CI=1,156-10,356). Pola asuh (p=0,009) dan jenis kelamin anak (p=0,019) juga berhubungan dengan perkembangan bahasa. Model akhir menunjukkan durasi paparan layar sebagai faktor dominan setelah dikontrol jumlah anak dan pendidikan orang tua (p=0,010; OR=4,544). Durasi paparan layar tinggi berhubungan dengan perkembangan bahasa balita yang tidak sesuai usia. Orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan perlu membatasi screen time dan memperkuat stimulasi verbal langsung.
