Lime peel also contains flavanoid saonine compounds which can be used as active ingredients in the manufacture of biological insecticides. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of lime peel extract (Citrus aurantifolia) in killing Aedes aedes mosquitoes in various concentrations, namely 20%, 30% and 40% with observation time every 1 hour for 6 hours and recorded how many mosquitoes died. This type of research is an experiment using the infusion method, the tool used in testing Aedes aegpyti mosquitoes, namely ultrasonic himedifeir water. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the concentration that causes the death of Aedes aegpyti mosquitoes at a concentration of 20%, the number of deaths is 9 individuals with a percentage of 45%, at a concentration of 30%, the number of deaths is 12 individuals with a percentage of 60% and at 40% the number of mosquito deaths is 15 tail with a percentage of 75%. The conclusion of this study is that lime peel extract (Citrus aurantifolia) is effective in controlling Aedes aegpyti mosquitoes at a concentration of 40% with a percentage of 75%. function as a natural insecticide because it is safe for the environment and the environmentThe abstract is written using Times New Roman 11, structured (250 – 300 words), consisting of only 1 paragraph with 2 – 5key words.
